About PEACE
PEACE is a 501(c)(3) non-profit charitable organization founded by a broad group of entrepreneurs following the tragic mass murder of eleven (11) Jewish worshippers at the Tree of Life-Or L'Simcha Congregation in Pittsburgh, PA on October 27, 2018. In the short period since its inception, PEACE has grown into a powerful national network of community leaders focused on applying their unique skills, experiences, and resources to challenge the extreme rise of hate in America - as the single largest network of Entrepreneurs Against Hate.
Our Approach
The PEACE Initiative leverages a Venture Philanthropy approach. This means that initiatives supported by PEACE align with our areas of focus, are driven by leaders that are passionate and collaborative, and have products or services that are (or have the potential to be) scalable, impactful, meaningful, repeatable, measurable, and sustainable.
Our Network
The PEACE Initiative matches the expertise, unique skills, and experience of the entrepreneurial leaders in our network with the needs of our supported ventures and related venture partners. Through this model, our venture partners are able to tap into volunteers that possess world-class expertise and networks that have the potential to accelerate and scale collaboratives and initiatives that would otherwise be impossible. The PEACE Network continues to grow across the country, and the world, to meet the challenges of today.
